1. FIXED PRICE If your event is something internal, something to foster a connection with your employees or community, it's possible you don't want sponsors involved. In a closed event project we will help you scope the size, organize the details so you can understand the overall budget. Our fee is determined by the role you want us to play in the delivery of your event. For a full management role, our fee will average about 20% of your event budget.
Fixed priced fees are due when the actual project planning begins.
2. PERCENT OF SPONSORSHIP In events where sponsors are desired, our fee is based on the amount of sponsorship we help deliver and manage. Depending on the type of event, our fee ranges from 20% to 30% of total sponsorship gross. For VIK (value-in-kind) sponsorships, our fee is based on the value stated by the sponsor. eg., If Nike provides $2000 of product, we will want about $400, not five pairs of shoes.
25% of the projected sponsor funds are due when the project planning begins.
